Terms and Conditions

1. About FitMotion

FitMotion provides a mobile application for exercise guidance, on-device movement analysis, session tracking and related features. Features may change, and some functionality may be offered as a beta.

2. Not medical advice

FitMotion provides general fitness information, not medical diagnosis, physical therapy or individualized clinical guidance. Movement analysis may be inaccurate or incomplete. Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort, and consult a qualified professional when appropriate. You remain responsible for exercising within your abilities and for a safe environment.

3. Your account

Use accurate information, safeguard your credentials and do not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access. Users must meet any applicable age requirements identified during account registration.

4. Camera and feedback

Movement feedback is automated and may misinterpret position, lighting, visibility or technique. Do not rely on a score as proof that an exercise is safe or suitable for you.

5. Subscriptions

Where paid features become available, the price, billing cycle and applicable trial terms will be shown at purchase through the relevant app store. Purchases, renewals, cancellation and refunds are subject to applicable store terms and law. No website purchase is offered here.

6. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer or interfere with the service in violation of applicable law, attack infrastructure, misuse accounts or infringe others' rights.

7. Availability and changes

Beta functionality may contain defects, be interrupted or be modified. We may update these Terms by publishing a new version and requesting renewed acceptance in the app when required.

8. Privacy and deletion

See our Privacy Policy for how information is processed and our account deletion page for deletion options.

9. Contact and legal identity

Before production release, FitMotion must publish the responsible legal entity, support contact, applicable consumer-law disclosures, governing law and dispute process. These details have not yet been confirmed.
